I take control of your loan application from its inception. Assist with the completion and packaging of your application, delivering it to the lender’s assessment team – representing you as their valued client.

As I deliver loans to the lenders on a regular basis, strong relationships have been formed with the people assessing the loans. You are no longer just a data entry name on a screen, but instead a real person with face-to-face representation. If there are any queries from the assessors, I will act as your intermediary.

I am availbale to answer questions from your real estate agent, your solicitor, and your accountant. You will be kept informed throughout the entire process – a real person at the end of the phone whenever you call with a question or an update. The personal service stays with you up to and beyond settlement.
